Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be specified in the relevant engagement agreement. Where no specific terms are agreed, either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will remain payable.
6. Event Health Check
Our Event Health Check is offered free of charge with no obligation to proceed with further services. By requesting a Health Check, you agree to provide accurate information about your organisation and event portfolio. The recommendations provided are advisory and based on the information supplied to us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant engagement
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity
- Information on our website is provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice without further consultation
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.
